This website and Apiilove are provided, controlled, and operated by Nexus Enterprises LTD.
Our clients are paying a fixed daily fee (R7/day, one-day free trial included) as their subscription fee for getting their login credentials with which they have an approach to the best content in several categories, such as applications, pictures, animated pictures, videos, and text uploaded to their account.
The client is not charged for anything additional except for the subscription of R7 day (one-day free trial included). The client must be 18 or older to access Apiilove. The client must have the bill payer's permission. Billing errors are charged. Network fees may apply. Apiilove is available via WEB and WAP. WAP access may be subject to additional GPRS costs imposed by client Network operators. We recommend clients to contact their Network Operator for more information. Apiilove offers you a free trial period, which will be available to you without charge untilit's expiration after 30 days.
Apiilove is non-transferable to other users or accounts and has no cash or monetary value. Apiilove contains information, facts, and opinions from various sources. Appiilove is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement. Neither Nexus Enterprises LTD nor its affiliates endorse or are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement on the Apiilove.
“Nexus Enterprises LTD is a member of WASPA and is bound by the WASPA Code of Conduct. Customers have the right to approach WASPA to lodge a complaint in accordance with the WASPA complaints procedure. Nexus Enterprises LTD may be required to share information relating to an Apiilove or a customer with WASPA for the purpose of resolving a complaint. WASPA web site: www.waspa.org.za

Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Without limiting the foregoing, we may occasionally notify you via SMS about changes to the Apiilove or provide notices of changes by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the service. Please review the terms and conditions periodically. Your continued use of Apiilove following the posting of changes and/or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. The participants of this service must be 18 years or older and/or have the bill payers permission. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT.
NEITHER NEXUS ENTERPRISES LTD NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, APIILOVE AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE APIILOVE OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE APIILOVE. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST Nexus Enterprises LTD AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND LICENSORS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APIILOVE AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON. You accept all responsibility for, and hereby indemnify and hold us harmless from and against, any actions taken by any user authorized to use your account, including, but not limited to, disclosure of login credentials to third parties. By using the Apiilove, you release us, our subsidiaries, and affiliates from any and all liabilities regarding your participation in the Apiilove. Apiilove does not monitor or store the content of private messages that users send from the Apiilove and cannot in any way be held responsible for the content of user messages sent over the playinbox.site web or WAP page.
If there is a reason that Apiilove is not able to run due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, tampering or any other causes beyond the control of the Apiilove providers which corrupt or affect the administration, fairness, security or proper conduct of Apiilove, reserve the right at its sole discretion, to block any individual who tampers with the entry process, he can terminate, modify or suspend the Apiilove. Apiilove providers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Apiilove Provider is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Apiilove Provider due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in the Apiilove or downloading any materials in Apiilove.
SPONSORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCOMPATIBILITY OF ENTRANT'S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY WITH SPONSOR'S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY. NOTE: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE APIILOVE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON/S RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
In order for Apiilove to function, we created a database of mobile phone numbers. This is all the information Apiilove requests to allow you to participate in this Service. If you join our service, your number will be placed on our distribution list. As long as you are a member of the distribution list, you will receive updates to our services and promotions. In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and related complementary legislation, Nexus Enterprises LTD informs the user that the information resulting from contracting the Product and Services and related personal data will be included in a file owned by Nexus Enterprises LTD for its automated processing, providing the user consent to such treatment by accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Nexus Enterprises LTD will retain personal data for a maximum period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of collection, after which it will be securely deleted. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user consents to such processing.
You understand and agree that, in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, we may terminate your access to the Apiilove and/or deactivate or delete your membership account if we determine that you have violated our Terms and Conditions. The materials used and displayed on the Apiilove, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, illustrations and artwork, music, video and sound, and names, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Nexus Enterprises LTD or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Any such content may be displayed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any such material without the written permission of Nexus Enterprises LTD or the appropriate affiliate. Apiilove must not be used to intentionally engage in illegal conduct. We will not knowingly create, store, or disseminate any illegal content, infringe the copyright, or infringe on any intellectual property rights. Apiilove must not be used to send spam or promote the sending of spam. By participating in the Apiilove, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Apiilove providers and their affiliates, representatives, agents, directors, officers, shareholders, and employees from any and all liability from any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Apiilove. If, in Apiilove Providers' sole opinions, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Apiilove, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Apiilove, Apiilove Providers reserve the right to terminate the Apiilove, disqualify any individual who has tampered with the Apiilove. We have the right to take down any content (hosted as part of the Apiilove) that is considered illegal or for which we have received a take-down notice. Any attempt to deliberately hamper the operation of Apiilove is unlawful and subject to legal action by Apiilove providers and/or their agents. By using Apiilove, entrants: (1) agree to be bound by these rules; (2) agree to release Apiilove providers, and their respective parent companies, and their employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies, and related entities from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in Apiilove, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Product, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery; and (3) consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures, and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Apiilove provider may discontinue the Apiilove at any time. Apiilove providers may terminate any Apiilove or decide to modify it in any manner that it deems fair and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence that would materially affect the Apiilove security and fairness. Nexus Enterprises has the right to suspend or terminate the Apiilove of any customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions or any other related contractual obligations.
Apiilove providers may not allow users to participate in the Apiilove and prohibit access if they wish to enter the site otherwise or in a manner not specified in these terms, may prohibit attempts to disrupt the Apiilove or circumvent these Terms and Conditions. Also, they may prohibit access to users who repeatedly show a disregard for Apiilove rules or act in an inappropriate manner, with the attempt to upset, threaten, harass, or abuse all other participants. Apiilove Providers' decisions with respect to the Apiilove are final.
